Paul has been with the business since 2003, having started as a trainee consultant. Paul is responsible for overseeing all areas of the business and enjoys wearing different hats. He finds it rewarding telling a candidate they’ve got the job they really wanted. On a day-to-day basis, Paul supports the administration and consultancy teams when needed, and he still recruits for a number of longstanding clients. Outside of work, Paul is ‘chauffeur’ to his two active children but enjoys a game of golf when possible. When he was 14, he scored both goals on a football tour of Germany, holding the mighty Borussia Dortmund to a 2-2 draw!
