Mel has been with the team since 2019 and is responsible for developing new business. Mel also supports our existing clients when they need to recruit extra staff. Having worked in the recruitment industry since 2002, Mel has vast experience working in Onsite Account Management and for the Industrial and Driving sectors. He enjoys delivering expected service levels to our clients, the reward of telling a candidate they’ve secured a role and placing people in good jobs. Outside of work, Mel loves travelling around the coast and mountain areas, enjoying nature at its best. One of Mel’s most enjoyable days was spent on the footplate of a steam train, carrying out all the duties of the Driver and Fireman. He enjoyed eggs and bacon cooked in a firebox the old-fashioned way!
