We are most keen to hear from candidates with superb communication skills, direct sales and negotiation experience, the ability to develop new business and build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
Working to agreed objectives and targets you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record in a sales focused recruitment role.
You will be joining an established and highly successful team
You must be a self-starter with strong commercial acumen capable of creating your own success and maximising opportunities
You will need at least 12 months recruitment experience
A professional approach and excellent communication & interpersonal skills are a must

This position is based at our Daventry high street offices and offers a friendly and helpful environment, along with an excellent salary and commission structure.
Being client driven in everything we do, you have the opportunity to manage both temporary and permanent requirements for your clients instead of having to pass on to others. We are however, more than happy to talk to consultants who wish to specialise in one particular area.
