An exciting opportunity to become a permanent employee with our long-established client at its flagship manufacturing base in Daventry. Working as part of a team of thirteen operatives you would be responsible operating various sections of an automated production line producing 3000 to 4000 metres of corrugated roof lights and domestic roofing profiles per day
Applicant should be physically fit with a hands-on approach. Experience and awareness of factory environments, including forklift trucks, fume/dust extraction, high-speed saws and manual handling is required.
Key responsibilities
Good communicator and team player.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
Numerate and able to make accurate calculations.
Product testing/measuring and Quality Control.
Goods in/out duties.
Potential for progression for the right candidate.
Training shifts
Starting rate of £12.00 per hour for training on a day shift -Tues-Fri, £552 per week
Moving to a 3 shift Night shift after 4 weeks training £15.00 per hour
