Our client is seeking an enthusiastic hard-working individual to join their busy operations office in Daventry to provide timely and accurate administrative support to their current operations team, in a position offering a variety of tasks.
The provision of administrative support to the current Operations team
Schedule service, repair and installation visits with clients
Liaise with travel agent
Assisting with general office duties and greeting visitors
Handling incoming telephone calls
Completion of the full order process including the issue of quotations, raising purchase orders and providing updates.
Preparing documents and assisting with order shipments
Archiving and maintaining filing systems
Updating client database
Booking in deliveries received and assisting in the Good In department when required
30 days holiday per annum, increasing one day for every years‘ service (35 years maximum)
