You must be a reliable, all-rounder general maintenance person.
You must possess:
Keeping yards clean including de-icing in winter and some light groundwork such as removing weeds
Experience in property maintenance from painting and decorating to basic plumbing and basic electrics
Experience in minor repair work
Experience with PAT testing desired but not required as training will be provided
Experience working at height desired but not required
The successful candidate will need the following attributes:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well on your own
The ability to achieve timescale`s and work within given hours
A full, clean UK driving licence in order to work between our three sites and on occasion drive the company van.
The ability to comply with legislative requirements such as Health & Safety and COSHH.
The ability to undertake any other duties that is deemed as necessary by the Management Team.
