Taking orders from customers on the telephone
Advising account managers of any out of stock items.
Process warranty replacements and credits to accounts.
Produce Picking Notes for warehouse personnel.
Dealing with complaints in all respects
Credit Control – Chase overdue balances.
Raise purchase orders as required.
Reconcile invoices to goods received notes and purchase orders.
Knowledge / Skills Required
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Attention to detail
Able to manage time effectively
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP desirable
Ability to prioritise
Show attention to detail
Computer Literate, knowledge of Sage
Pleasant telephone manner
